Patient came to Fresno  from the Democratic Republic of Congo over 10 years ago with a life marked by mission and service to the church. He recently celebrated 15 years of marriage with his wife, Elodie, and together they have two beautiful girls. As the lead pastor, Patient helps give spiritual direction to the ministry initiatives of the church, while providing pastoral care and support. When he isn’t meeting with the church, you can catch Patient overseeing Group Life at Youth for Christ. Patient loves TG because it gives him the opportunity to encourage and equip others to share the gospel message. 

John recently celebrated six years of marriage with his wife Cyinna and together they have a sweet baby boy. In that time, John has worked at Youth for Christ and received his Masters of Divinity at the FPU Biblical Seminary.  At TG, John helps us live out the call to be the church of the community by engaging with local organizations for outreach and service opportunities. One thing that John enjoys most about TG is the freedom to wrestle with hard questions about life together. 

Taylor is a proud Fresno native and has a big heart for people. Often referred to as “the glue”, she has the pleasure of supporting growing ministry leaders while working at Fresno Pacific and serving at The Garage Church. She takes great joy in watching people grow as they learn how to use their unique gifts to serve others.  When she isn’t at TG, you can find her working with students at Fresno Pacific or enjoying a quiet night at home with her family. She chooses to be at TG because it’s a place where curiosity is welcomed and community is found.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Brandon came to Fresno to study at Fresno State University. While in school, he met his wife Jheanique and together they have three kids. He currently works in education as a school counselor and spends his time at TG leading our prayer ministry. Brandon loves to engage with the church and encourage them to pursue an active and consistent prayer life. One thing he enjoys most about TG is the lifelong friendships that his family has created. The family dynamic throughout the conversation is unmatched. 

Cam is a Fresno State Alumni and recently celebrated one year of marriage with his wife, Lauryn. He’s spent the past year working at Youth for Christ and has an amazing opportunity to work as a campus chaplain with FCA. At TG, Cam oversees our Young Adult Ministry on Friday nights and shares the preaching load with Patient, Brandon, John, and Jeff. When it comes to TG, Cam loves that our love for one another doesn’t stop on Sunday mornings; the friendships have meaning and depth. 

Jeff was born and raised in Fresno and has been married to his beautiful wife Se’lyna for eight years; together they have two sweet baby boys named Joshua and Judah. Jeff was a middle school teacher for 10 years before transitioning into full-time ministry. At TG, Jeff is working through the formation of small groups and looks forward to helping disciples grow in their spiritual formation. TG is his church home because the family bond is special. It’s where he has found many brothers and sisters.

Jheanique is the wife of Brandon Greer and mommy to three beautiful girls. She has the privilege of homeschooling her children and operating her virtual assistant business called She Delegates. At TG, Jheanique is our Children’s ministry director and looks forward to helping TG Kids focus on their identities in Christ and how they’ll develop as they grow in Christ. She enjoys being a part of The Garage Church because it’s a place where growth and maturity are celebrated. Partnering with TG in this season of her life has helped her grow spiritually and professionally.
